It's Nightmare so unless you have beaten Easy and then Hard and got the unlocks it won't let you in

Beat Easy Prime War with max score.
Get a Hard Pass. That lets you into Hard Prime Wars.
Beat Hard Prime War with max score.
Get a Nightmare Pass. That lets you into Nightmare Prime Wars.
You can't do higher difficulties until you've proven that you can beat easier difficulties.
