Ravenous Hunter Solo Hard Mode No Credit

Has this happened to anyone? I didn't get the challenge credit and I killed him on hard mode alone.

Did you have to use an adrenaline shot during the fight? Because I believe that challenge says to do it without being critically injured.

I did it twice on pro mode without using an adrenaline shot, no credit for the bounty trophy.
