Freezing on (Loading Game (100%))

My game keeps freezing on the loading screen, Ive tried to restart the game, restart my computer, and ive even tryed altering the files and opening it as administer but nothings seems to work. My game dosent chrash and I can have it open for how long i want but its still frozen. RIght now i have 1 hour played by just trying to start the game. Im on widows 11 but it says that its supported. My firends have no problem with starting the game.

Game is broken here aswell, the patch did not do any good, at startup game crashes. played 100 hours with no problem until now. what a shame...

RMB on game folder -> uncheck "Read only" -> Aply -> OK
