Very rarely will it give equipment or mods.

I Buy 6 of them they give Random Loot that you can find in Chests, But not sure how you get them in Game as it write something about Dev Item

In order to make them, you need to get a certain specialization (the one you choose every 5 level) they are not cheap to make, especially due to 60 stardust source needed pr egg.(besides 35 flowers and 3 eggs)

Its a random specialization you have to roll
