Will things auto transfer to eternaland?

This may be the last night ill be able to play this season. Will my stuff auto transfer to the eternal land at the end of the season or do i need to transfer things to it manually? Im still confused on how it works

When the season server closes, your character and everything you own is send to eterna.
From there, you can then join up on a new season server with that character.
