How many homes can I own?

Hello, I would like to ask, can I build only one house or only on my land? or I can own several "plots" and, for example, build a "new house" on the very other side of the map

You have just one plot. However you can make a "mobile" house using the truck and some creativity.

I guess it does not have enough nice land for that, otherwise, it need 50 times more server and channel of each server for hundred players only

You can move you whole territory with a 10 mins cool down to almost everywhere ( free ). Even between worlds ( but not servers ). Just find a nice spot, hit B for build menu, then Z to relocate. You can try rotate and align to make it fit but it has to be similar-ish terrain and not too close from POI's. It saves everything, from wallpapers to toys, whats in chests and simply copies the whole layout.

I wouldn't bother with the mobile house option. Cause I've done that, then drove near a prime war territory, the game went onto loading screen and my several hours of work House was deleted...
