is good to remove a memetic for gain back some points? i mean, for example, i activated fuel refinery, i built the refiner, and remove the memetic and gained back the points, and i notice i can use the refiner with no problem. right??

Yes. This is a work-around in the game that most folks utilize. I am switching things around all the time depending on what I want to do.

Yes definitely worth doing especially mid season. Be aware though that certain memetics only work if you have them unlocked. Example...The advanced synthesis bench. If you remove the memetic you will still have the bench you crafted but you will no longer be able to craft lvl3 Cortexes from lvl2s. If you have four wheelers unlocked and build a jeep or car, when you remove the memetic you no longer have access to those vehicles.
