We should get to pick our 10 Specializations

Specialization is just that, we are specializing our build. The RNG nature is not good. I dont see how RNG should play a factor here. The game would be alot more fun if we could choose.

Having started a new character on another server, this was very obvious. My 1st character got like near BIS setup, and my new character is a dog lol All bad! Getting bad rolls is painfull.
