PC Case fans keep revving up and down

Hello people, as the title says, it's constantly doing it when I am playing. Even the slightest mouse turn I make causes all my fans to rev up for a sec and then go back to normal.

How can I stop that from happening? If anyone of you can help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Specs are below and also the kind of Fans I have to give you guys a better overview.

Fractal "North" case (White)
i7-13700K @3.40 GHz
64GB of RAM
RTX 4070

6x 140mm be quiet Light Wings
3 in the front, 2 on the top, one in the back

I have the cap disabled and am using V-Sync so it ranges between 120 and 144 fps.
I'll go and enable the 120 cap to see what happens. Will give an update shortly.

yes it seems your video card is working overtime...lower video settings and see if it fixes it

Ok so I just put the 120 fps cap on and the revving is gone lmao
