Base expansion for hive members
I think it is boring not being able to expand your base using territory expansion because you are trespassing the territory of a hive member. The point of Hives is to be able to build entire villages together and this limitation for expansion is frustating.
If we are going to expand our territory and some of it will trespass a fellow hive member territory, fine! Just gives a warning that we will lose some of our expansion because part of that territory is already occupied by a hive member, and let the territory expand to other possible areas that are not occupied yet. It's disappointing wasting hours of game moving territory and having to rebuild a lot of things, just because we are too close to each other.
I understand the need for some distance from each other when first building our home/base, but the game should allow "territory expansion fusion" for hive members and be done with it.

Move your base a little ways away.
Expand your territory.
Move it back so it snaps to the other Hive member's base.
Done.

You can literally teleport your base around every ten minutes. Just press B and press Z, you can use this to tweak your bases location or move across the map, in an instant.

Guys, I know how to do that. In fact, my friends and I, we already moved our homes in map, twice.
I just wished that, if we are in a hive, we should not have territory overlap restrictions. Just respect the territory from who was there first and we are done.

Hive is not strictly for friends who will respect each other.
Anyone can join a Hive, as long as the leader approves the request.

You can't guarantee a rando is going to respect your build range / territory.
The move away, expend, move back solution already solves your problem.

Without generating issues / grievance where allowing hive members to build into each other's territory would cause.
