Most Fast travel in games works this way you go from FT point to FT point.
Just being able to TP on a whim nonstop would make for a very boring game IMO.
I think they port to house annoyance need to go also but at a penality somewhere.
Player vending machines work fantastic in F76 because of being able to fast travel and the ability to see them on your map and whats available. They work like crap in Once Human because they are all scattered in town so players can actually see them and tons of them are empty because of dwindling player base.
