What is this blue circle 'fat atom' looking thing I see in silos?

It is behind the barrel in the picture. If you go closer it looks like the icon is underground and a bit far away.

A waypoint to boss/POI I think. Noticed it a few times but never really paid attention to it

It's a visual bug where the game for some reason keeps a visual display on your screen. It happens after teleporting somewhere and can occur as cradle display, production display ( green checkmark ) or even nameplates from teammates far away. ( it then shows a nameplate with either level 1 or level 99 )

You can basically 100% reproduce the bug when getting ported via space twister.

You can sometimes obtain deviants from silos as a reward. I think the deviant is in a "holding cell" until the game rewards it to you. I think those circles are a deviant marker.

Ah, I do remember getting one there, the Enchanting Void IIRC. Next time I see that in another silo I'll see if a deviant is there.
