Supplies Workbench: Anti-Armor Spec not working

Pretty much what the title says. Everything on the UI shows properly for the perk, as well as the amount you are supposed to get when you craft AP ammo. When you actually retrieve the ammunition from the bench's queue, you only get the amount you would get without the perk bonus.

Hey, I had to destroy the bench and replace it down. The bench is what gets the boost, not specifically the ammo. Not sure why it doesn't update once we get new specializations.

But now when i go to craft it has the yellow icon and says it yields +30% and what not.

It's a bench upgrade spec, not a personal one. Recraft the workbench and it'll gain a new perk at the top right of it's interface menu.
