Why is this locked into pro mode? How are we ever supposed to learn the mechanics if we're getting one-shotted instantly and overrun by the adds you threw into these fights? What the actual ♥♥♥♥ are these mechanics? It's impossible to make out what color the mobs are when you can't see through the adds. This is by far the worst part of week 4, locking a story mission into a four-man "pro mode" fight where I'm being queud up with people who aren't even level fifty?

What the actual ♥♥♥♥ guys?

Let's talk about armor durability while I'm already irritated. It's not enough that you locked LEA labs into 'pro-mode', you've made rawhide the rarest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ resource in existence, and every time I fall over in the lab, even if I'm revived, my armor gets chewed up.

So yeah, I'm in the level one zone knife hunting deer right now, naked, while I cook another twenty thousand round of ammo. I'll go back to doing Pro Silos as soon as I can get dressed, screw the labs.

lea literally teaches you the mechanics as you progress.. theres really only one defining mechanic kill the blue mob in the blue securement tube, same for red. the rest is just shooting and dodging. you could watch a 5 min video on youtube and know exactly what to do. its laughably easy even on pro. what kind of ammo are you using?

Nothing to do with damage. Plenty to do with i don't want to squad up for a STORY mission since I soloed the ENTIRE game to 50 and beyond doing everything at my own pace. This decision by Starry snuffs the solo part of the playerbase. Put better rewards behind Pro/Hard, whatever. Let people enjoy the god forsaken story. Most of the community wants to SPEED RUN SPEED RUN SPEED RUN. No thanks. Take your extra hard squad required stuff and go play it. Every other part of the game is like that. Disallowing players to play through the story at their own pace will damage the playerbase. Especially those who don't have friends who play or they are on a dead server. Server hopping is obnoxious as HELL now that the game has turned into a Loading Vegetation simulator.

I don't get it. The game teaches you how to do the fights before you do them. The only reason you would ever not learn the mechanic is if you joined a group midway through. So this shouldn't be a issue at all. Also if you are so worried about lower level people why not just make your own group of people? It shouldn't be that hard to just post a single message in world chat asking if anyone wants to join you for LEA.

It's also not a big deal that items break during this fight. Mainly because you can just leave and come back with your progress saved at the same spot. You aren't forced to go through it in a single try.

I think he just needs a reason to whine. First it was "hoW CAn I LearN ThE LeA Lab" when the lab itself shows you how to do it. Then its "i could beat the of the game solo so I should be able to beat the rest"... Yeah I also managed to get to max level when I was playing WoW, but had to join a raid group to do the end game dungeons. Not so uncommon
Also there are people who can do it solo. Even I did it once. You are just not as good, sorry

Giant and Labs are crazy hard, I have golden crossbow and freeze rifle and the rifle +10 calibration. Armor is all purple and +4 calibration. I know the mechanics for both things. It is very hard and the hit you take to your gear and ammo is nuts. I'm glad you can solo it with whatever you were blessed in getting but for normal folk who did everything else solo (Except spider boss which is a whole seperate issue) and made it to this point it's like hitting a wall. So a lot of standing around waiting for people to run it or join me or run a easy prime war so you can beat it once and then be able to join others otherwise you are locked out.

with the tiny amount of controllers you get and the vast amount of RNG, it is a bit disappointing you have to min max to clear content. Especially considering you can spend all you have and still be underpowered.

But mods are infinite, you can farm Sproulet and get mods there is no cap. I got dozens of mods from Nisa crate, tons of acid and some stardust. Weapon Calibration BP can be traded if you fail to get a specific, but unless you min/max you should have the BP type you want except for the 2nd and 3rd stats.
You are guaranteed a Last Valour from Wish Machine gamble and you can also buy outright what you wanted. I don't even min max (4 Renegade pieces with Last Valour which is not exactly Min Max) and I have Bingo, Rain Cash, 3 stars Last Valour, 4 Renegade pieces, Caged Helmet. I ended up most DMG in LEA random group and I didn't even know the mechanics, cleared it on first try.

My issue isn't that I didn't read someone bragging about something that isn't worth bragging about.

I don't even min max and I do most DMG, 3 out of 4 in the group didn't know what to do me included. We just shoot at and let the only guy know get the last hit to do mechanic
I got highest DMG so DMG is not required (2 out of 4 in the group was sub 250k dps btw). You have to try very hard to not doing enough DMG. This type of content isn't even considered hard in other MMO and don't joke about Raid, and I'm not even hard core MMO player. I barely touched raid in other MMO.

my issue isn't the content is hard? When did I say that?

I am not asking for you to brag about your game play. if you feel like doing it for a third time, you can always keep it to yourself.

I randomly wen't into LEA for the first time with a PUG. We didn't know what we were doing, but learned the mechanics during the fights and got through to the final boss. We got the final boss to below half right when the final phase (I assume) started, until someone had to leave due to RL stuff. We didn't know how long the dungeon was going to take. Never finished it, but it was fun as hell.

Take this as a lesson. Now you know you need to prepare before going in next time. Upgrade your gear, bring the appropriate supplies and make sure you have enough time to go through it. At this point in the season, you should have at least chosen a build and have gear built around it. Do some Calibrations and figure out what mods will work best.

You sound like me when I was raging about hard mode arachsys or whatever the name of that damn spider is. But I realized I was not prepared for it, and need to change a few things around to tackle her.

So you said controller is limited (which is not true, Public Event drop controller and there's no limit). You also said you have to min max to clear content which is not true. I did not min max and group has subpar dps, still cleared it first try. Again you did not explain why it's RNG when Legendary weapon and armor BP are purchaseable and guaranteed prize in Wish Machine? If you want Mods, Nisa Crate is farmable without limit.

You would have to try so hard to mess it up. This game is actually too generous for a F2P game. LMAO if you think the RNG here is bad, try 0.000002% drop in other F2P MMO.

How is something that you buy with something that has a daily cap (sproulets) is infinite?
And the chance to get mod from the crate is around 25%.. so every 4th crate.
You are lucky if you get 2-3 mods per day from buying crates for sproulets.

No, you can't. Usually the debate is should the controllers be unlimited, but you are the first person I meet here (and in once human discord) that actually believes they are unlimited.
We get your need to defend your game from the forces of evil, but at least try to use arguments that are true
