i could have sworn i had one in my first server on Japan servers on my first character. i had issues at first making a character on NA servers, and i could have sworn i had one

if you cry long ehnuff i'm sure they eventually end up in some over-priced cosmetic pack, like the closet people need to color some armor pieces, i'v done SO MANY BP runs, NOT ONE closet bp drop, BUT i can buy one for 20 bucks. BUGGER OFF DEVS

Toilet formula that can be purchase is Bathtub from Blackfell NPC.
The basin you need to find during your supply run if you lucky to get.

I got the toilet formula before manibus finished.. but when i transfer to winter.. it is missing to my building facilities.. i got it from designer workstation.
