Its just me or The bull's eyes weapon are Broken PVP/PVE

Don't take me wrong, i am using bull's eyes weapon, .338 and deathbringer, but they are so overpower, one hit ANY player on pvp, meltings normal, elite and boss that i don feel need to do any other builds or spending my starchrom and any other thing.

I think it's fair. It's got lower overall sustained dps and little flexibility compared to shrapnel builds for example and lacks the overall omega AoE damage that ice vortex builds have. Missing with a sniper is also much more punishing then something much easier to use like the SOCR.
