Beret Blueprint

Hey,

I'm wondering how to get the Beret after i (think) i used the fragments to upgrade another blueprint. because i already did the quest Daughter's Greeting. Where you get this.

So just to be sure the only way now for me to get this is waiting for the wish machine to unlock Echoes from the past.

Then spend Starchrom to MAYBE get it, i think this is not fun to do. if you made a mistake in choosing the blueprints or upgrading blueprints with other fragments. after that you are just sitting there.

I know i made these mistakes but i'm sure i'm not the only one. So in my opion starchrom should be farmable each day or by small amounts the more you play the game.

Now i feel like oh i don't want to play the game for a few weeks because i can't get / farm what i want to accomplish in the game.

I don't want to sound negative, because i like the game and like playing it but i think some things hold me back from fully playing the game, and even spend money on if i can't farm get the things i would like to get.

same...annoying af. they should have made it so u had to unlock it as a part of questline or something. now i cant make the shrapnell build i wanted game over
