Past the big tree the path splits in two with one path heading toward the house and the other across the stream.

From the bridge we can get a better look at the path up the hill and the overlook at the top.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3304261734
Part of the way up the path.

The view from the lookout is spectacular. You can see the back of the house, the falls, and the pier from this angle.

I'd love to put some park benches here but so far no cigar on a blueprint for park benches. It's too redneck for me to put a sofa or armchairs outside, and I say that as a person who lives in Cackalacky.

A trip down to the other house will be up next.

A closer look reveals a balcony above the entrance and a path off to the right which heads to the garden.

Through the double entrance doors the door immediately by the entrance leads to a bathroom, directly across is a staircase up. The door closer to the camera leads into what will eventually be a study, but I don't have bookcase blueprints so right now it's just a table and a couple of armchairs and otherwise barren. The rest of the bottom floor is comprised of a kitchen and dining area.

On the second floor is a big wide living area. There are doors at both the front and back of the house leading to balconies. I might put a half height wall in here to split the area up a bit, but I'm not sure yet.

The small balcony in front you've already seen from below, plus it's unremarkable.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3305890048
The balcony in back is larger and looks over the cliff and waterfall. You can see the observation area on top of the hill that has the best view on the island IMHO, but this view is pretty great too.

At the top is a bedroom with a bathroom attached next to the stairwell.

It's quite a trip down the stairs.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3309183524
There are no boats in the game, not working ones, anyway, so the pier is mainly for fishing.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3309183473
Back up the stairs, through the house, and out the front door we can see the big house on the pond straight ahead and a path to the garden to the left.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3309183448
The garden is pretty basic, plus there's an overlook nearby.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3309183409
While the view is not quite as awesome as from the top of the hill, it's a much closer walk, especially if I'm working in the garden, it's right there, and the view is still pretty tremendous. I will eventually put park benches here assuming I get park bench blueprints at some point.

There's a circular-ish paved area with a tree in the middle off to the side. You can also see a small balcony on the side of the house, there's one on each side except the front.

Here's a closer look at the paved area with the tree.

There's a staircase leading down near the tree. At the bottom is essentially where you spawn in Eternaland by default.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3311982556
This is by far the coziest of the houses I've built. The bottom floor has a kitchen, a dining room (you can't see it but there are a table and chairs below the chandelier), and a living area.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3311982512
Upstairs is a bedroom.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3311982495
The door closest leads to what I intend to be a laundry room/storage area, but I don't have any blueprints for a washing machine or dryer or shelving yet, so for now the room is empty.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3311982478
The other door leads to a bathroom.
