Rainmaker Reaper

I've been trying to get the RainMan Deviant for last 2 days. the Rainmakers are no longer dropping loot for me(like 0 loot for killing and elite). if you can only kill it once a week for loot.. should definitely guarantee a drop from the last one.. anyone else having this issue

Rainfall reapers are currently bugged and sometimes drop nothing. I already reported that via the ingame tool. Aside from that, Rainman apparently has a 15% chance to drop but I've only see it drop 2 times in about 25 kills, which is odd.

There is no weekly cap on elite enemy loot either, you just gotta get very lucky with the drop. The shortest farming route I've found is driving between Myer's Market to switch worlds and Harborside, where the Rainfall Reaper is.

There is another route in Iron River. Drive between Greaywater Camp for world switch and the stronghold to the northwest, near the border to red sands. I takes a minute longer but there are many silver spawns on the way.

This could be confirmation bias, but I have killed the Rainfall Reaper in 3 different locations a total of 6 time so far today. The first three kills were in different locations, Harborside, where you do Lord of the Fog by the lighthouse, and at the greywater industrial zone. in all 3 of those kills she dropped no loot at all.

I stayed on the same world and waited out the 15 minute respawn 3 times so far at greywater industrial zone and killed her 3 additional times. All 3 of these kills dropped loot (no rain man sadly). The difference was that it was raining when I killed her on those last 3 spawns. Maybe she has a higher chance of dropping loot when it rains?
