Cant demolish walls ( bug)

So i have a base and decided to upgrade the look of it! So i placed new walls over the top of the old ones (new material). Now i have 3 x photo frames stuck on the old walls and im unable to demolish / move / or perform any action with these panels.

How can i demolish them so i can upgrade them?
Or
How can i remove the items currently stuck inside the walls (ive used flight mode doesnt work)

The answer should be obvious really, just downgrade the wall again to the one it was before.
