So if I want a Memetic specialization fragment from lv 20 to 35 I should...
So if I want a Memetic specialization fragment from lv 20 to 35 I should farm a Silo on normal in an area from lv 20 to 35? Or should I farm it on hard?

I think it is completely down to luck, I got 2 memetic specialization fragments for level 5-15 while farming Silo on Pro, I don't remember which Silo tho.
