How can i ask refund for spended microtransactions.

Game is a joke in this state. Purification NOT WORKING! I have done FIVE times Purification and each time 8 peaces of LVL 3 Stones. I have moved Purification machine tree times. I have looked them EVERYWHERE, underneath, skyes, under floor, walls EVERYWHERE. Lost this whole day for this. There is plenty amount of free space around Purification machine, nothing is helping. AND yes i know how to play the game (put over 200 hours in the game). There is hundreds bugs in the game and it not should be in STEAM with this state. There is so many game breaking bugs.

did you by chance complete 40 already or maybe someone else in your hive while you were offline did ? that means no matter how many stones you purify you get 0 starcrom because it was already done in the hive early

How do you know he didn't buy the cosmetics 10 minutes ago. And what this have to do with how much you have played this FREE game.
There was a guy that got banned for 30 days (+ many others) for looting items in the "forbidden zone" and he got refunded everything he spent on cosmetics after making an complaint for being banned for doing something that game mechanic allows.

So you're suggesting that just 10 minutes shy of 200 hours they bought the cosmetics and in subsequent 10 minutes became so disillusioned with the quality of the game that they want a refund? I must be crazy because to me 199 hours and 50 minutes should be more than enough time to know you don't want to spend money on cosmetics.

I'm suggesting that once human support should be the ones who decides whether or not he gets a refund.
The guys asks how he can contact them and every white knight in steam turns out to fulfil their destiny of being defender of the game from the forces of evil.

And BTW, I'm playing the game from day one and this weekend is the worst in form of a lag that I have experienced with the game. THE WHOLE 2 DAYS. Numerous prime wars lost and hundreds of rockets wasted because of it.

PS. Fun story for you. A friend of mine that I hooked played for like 2 days and really liked the game, so he bough the battle pass and some once human cosmetics (don't know how it works), hes a bit of a "hats" person. The guy spent probably 500$ in rust only.
Then on the next day he decided he will build nice big base since he was still on the first 4x4 foundation from the beginning.
He pulled his hair and cussed at the building system for around an hour, then finally had enough and didn't come back for 2 days. Didn't bought single thing after that.
He is out of town for this weekend, I'm not sure how he was gonna take the unplayable state of the servers these 2 days

I did not refer refund to purification. Learn to read "There is so many game breaking bugs." Scuffiest game i have ever played and more bugs just keeps coming.
