Even if your download is 80GB like @Triker mentioned himself, make sure your Steam is allowed to use the connection fully, unlimited if possible.
There is no way an update downloads 0.2GB (.2gb?) or 2gb in 30 mins if you have 80GB download for example.
80GB would mean you download a game quicker than any NVME on earth could install, you'd be the internet it's self.. what are you "NASA or some extremely rich company" because general consumers don't have 80Gigabyte internet! And such internet speeds are related to massive multimillion companies..
Anyway, you probably mean 80Gbps....
That doesn't help if you also have a slow drive e.t.c
Just because you have 80Gbps doesn't mean steams using it fully, could be port related e.t.c
