Slow patching

Its a common problem by these developers. No solution that works for everyone. Maybe try giving steam admin rights or using a vpn to download helps some people. Maybe giving a bad review will change something...

Sounds like a YOU problem. Not the game problem.
Even if your download is 80GB like @Triker mentioned himself, make sure your Steam is allowed to use the connection fully, unlimited if possible.
There is no way an update downloads 0.2GB (.2gb?) or 2gb in 30 mins if you have 80GB download for example.

You don't have 80GB download speed.... do you mean 80Kbps? or 80Gbps?

80GB would mean you download a game quicker than any NVME on earth could install, you'd be the internet it's self.. what are you "NASA or some extremely rich company" because general consumers don't have 80Gigabyte internet! And such internet speeds are related to massive multimillion companies..

Anyway, you probably mean 80Gbps....
That doesn't help if you also have a slow drive e.t.c
Just because you have 80Gbps doesn't mean steams using it fully, could be port related e.t.c

Anyway besides the download speed, it has some serious problems with the internal patch mechanism. There are lot of topics and it's not in general a "YOU PROBLEM".

I was having this issue and I inadvertently used a similar fix that I found with Helldivers 2. I discovered that for some reason newer games don't cooperate well with satellite internet (mine is star link) Disabling IPv6 instantly fixed the problem. 1. Go to Network & Internet. 2. Change adapter options. 3. Click on whatever network you are currently connected to. 4. Click on properties. then un-check Internet protocol version 6.
