Toys for Deviants?

I have two Deviants (one of them being the Cat) that when placed in their Securement Chamber, it says to place "toys" around to keep them happy...

But how do I do this?

Every "toy" that I find is a "material" that can't be placed down anywhere, can only be put into the Disassembler and scrapped for materials.

According to my friends, only one they've found that counts is the Alpaca doll you can buy with Starchrom, I haven't found anything that seems to count so far either which is annoying, I'm just ignoring it for now but would love an answer too.

Oh, I meant that it did work, I could have sworn I tried but it must have been out of range, it works now which is great.

Sometimes the toy needs to be placed a bit left or right. It does not trigger like the radio sometimes does not trigger the effect although it is running full volume

Interesting.... and how so convenient they're all located in the far north, around the most dangerous area of the map, with all the highest level monsters.

The Mani Neko toy works, as well. I use that one to keep my Cat happy because cat.
