Game crashes at load screen. Help!

Worked fine last night, tried to log in and everything is fine until i click on enter game. It starts loading for about 30 seconds then just crashes with no error message, it's just gone.

I have updated my drivers, restarted, deleted the game, then re downloaded and installed it. Still doing the same thing.

Any suggestions?

I've been having the same issue since patch. I've uninstalled, installed, updated and still nothing. It allows me to enter my Eternal Land and I can create a new toon on another server, but my lvl 50 toon crashes everytime. I hope they get this fixed soon.

I also have this problem. I just installed for the first time and it crashes at the Loading Shaders progress bar. My PC specs:

Yep does the same for me, tried to leave eternaland, but just crashed.

I'm currently having this same issue. The game was working fine until I fast traveled to Tall Grass to complete a quest and then the game crashed and now I'm unable to log into that server.

It took 17 hours to update the patch to 39% so I haven't even been able to play the game. This is game is a joke....

Still not able to get into the game, last night i could get into Eternaland and open a ticket there, but now it crashes when on the loading screen when i try to get back in.

Very frustrating. Got a message in game last night saying they were bumping up the ticket, but now i can't even get in to check in on the conversation.

I teleport to tall grass in and had the same issue I cant log in to that server did you fix the problem???
