The Water must be deep enough so you can Swim in it then you can even Fishing there

keep in mind to cast, you have to hold the button. if you just tap the button it spams you with "you can not fish here"

Gonna say we have to wait for a Patch to fix fishing.
I received the "You can't fish here" error message after several successful catches in one spot. I assumed it meant that all the fish had been caught in that spot.
