Shrapnel Souvenir

Is it not possible to get Shrapnel Souvenir in Phase 2? Minus the 8 hours a day I spend at work and the 5 i get for sleep I do the Red sands and Blackheart crate loops every 4 hours, I have also spent over 80 controllers farming the Shadow hound and have not gotten this 1 drop yet.

do it on pro mode. it drops all the time. OR you were just unlucky.

Phase 2 I don't have access to Hard or Pro.

bump, has anyone gotten it to drop BEFORE phase 3?

no you have to be on hard mode to get it so for me that was phase 3

I got it while looting crates, server is in phase 2.

Like a lot of things in this game, its all RNG.

you can get it on normal difficulty, but it's extremely hard as it has very low drop chance (that kinda goes in general for gold mods in normal difficulty), so i highly suggest you wait for minimum HARD difficulty to unlock otherwise you're basically wasting your controllers, once hard unlocks grind to get at least one so you have the correct mod & then wait for PRO to unlock & grind pro for proper suffix (i highly recommend going for <Violent> for shrapnel build mods) & good additional attributes, if you can get "Violent" suffix + weapon dmg attribute alongside it you're quite golden especially if you can get those stats to purple or gold rarity when enhancing as weapon dmg also increase shrapnel dmg

Shadow Hound monolith boss drops shrapnel related mods for weapons including the one you said, so grind Shadow Hound on PRO difficulty
