Fortress Warfare Unusable due to bugs

Is it just me or do most fortress warfare Mods and the Raining Cash weapon not apply buffs properly, if at all?
Fortress warfare is hard to play around due to the huge movement limitations but it is impossible when so many things do not work. Portable warfare mod does not work. Final Territory does not work. Raining Cash weapon does not apply the 40% ramping attack buff. Lightweight shotgun accessory with 150% weapon reload speed actually reloads slower.
I'm reluctant to report this through discord because they are asking for phone verification and i'd rather not associate my phone number. Is there another way?

I agree, also the durable territory it says buff extends up to 5 times for EVERY FW but you can only put the FW buff one time or after the first FW ends.
