Can't max out Valor blueprint?

I got the Valor blueprint and all the bp fragments for it from the Wish machine. Those allowed me to make it 3/6 as far as upgrading the blueprint.

That Wish machine category is no longer there, so is it possible to get more Valor fragments somewhere so I can make it 6/6?

Most of this game's blueprint upgrade mechanic is designed around the idea of multiple seasons. Next season you will get more starchrom and can buy more blueprints (& fragments) for your desired weapons. Not to mention you don't necessarily need valor fragments to increase your valor BP, you can use any type that is identical, though the same fragments as the weapon gives a bonus. Valor is a "Beyonder" type blueprint, so you want more beyonder fragments to upgrade it, any Beyonder weapon fragments will do.

Fragments and Starchrom are currently a limited resource. Once you used them up its all waiting for next season, but your blueprints transfer over, so the next season you get a new pool, new fragments from mysticals and so on and so forth to upgrade them further.

The bp's are meant to be upgraded fully through multiple seasons it's the reason why they don't reset.

You can buy blueprint for it directly. For 9k i think.
