Forsaken monolith boss impossible

This bis is way to hard to beat, i play with 250 ping, dodging that swooping arm is not possible. The difficulty is way to high for this boss. Me and my friends tried it 3 times. I don't see this boss as a fair fight like the other bosses. Upset, yes very, i enjoyed the games difficulty till reaching this boss and i feel personally this is way to hard if you want to play with your friends to beat it and cant kill it, It Is Not Fun. Until it becomes more possible to beat Forsaken monolith i cant see even trying it again and i feel like i don't want to continue and keep dying over and over. It makes me feel uncomfortable knowing that there is a boss that is nearly impossible to beat. Just give it a normal mode or at least a hard not pro man. Sigh.

so, undergear and playing with 250 ping... and private profile, yea, makes sense.
just stop crying and get some information about equipment and builds, but no, it's better to come here to steam and cry in 1 post that nobody cares about, it's enough to listen to these crybabies.

Even gamble would net you one Legendary weapon and some legendary armor since the Wish Machine prize is guaranteed. Not like you can play one full game without getting any legendary, in fact you can't even reset unless you hit S rank prize which is a Legendary BP and not fragment. I have a Legendary weapon about 4 days in back in Phase 2 (started and server is already phase 2) at around lvl 25-26, and I was totally clueless.

I did Giant on second try, coz I fell to my death :) - then uninstalled - 15 days before the plot progresses, sad design - with 210 ping on a NA server.

My first thought was "I can solo that dude, what is OP on about?"
Then, I saw the "250 ping" and I'm like: "Well, there's your problem!"
You just aren't going to be able to make the dodges and maneuver around the battlefield well enough with a 250 ping. It's just crazy to expect to be able to do it.
Ditch satellite. Get a cable connection.

its a little hard not to say "skill issue" i know thats a little rude but cmon, i play solo, i "grind" and lvl my gear and weapon, make the highest dmging ammo, and i had no issue, yes i did go down but had plenty of revives, if ur able to predict his movements it becomes very easy. again dont mean to be rude, but the game is very easy if played with these things in mind

if you having problems i fell bad for you son. but im 43 years old an 1 shot it first attempt solo. spend more time developing your characters your trying to content your not geared to do.

my fingers are so arthritic i cant even get my fingers to hit the dodge / roll button. so as bad as i am, im just saying if your not betting it its your gear.

tbh any "story" fight should be "simple" in sense its more than approachable for someone to clear w/ random ppl who arent very geared.

like the rest of the silos & monolith bosses. (forsaken is up there w/ spider as only 2 i'd never wanna farm solo as mechanics while not hard are just annoying)


Then after you clear it you can run harder version for loot when needed.


Many games will make fights hard to many players and those people may never care to "git gud" and just quit & thats not a good thing.


Forsaken is a bullet sponge even for semi geared people who know what they are doing & the resource even then is crazy high (in bullet cost alone w/ usage repairs). It was basically the WoW hard mechanic..."just make it bulkier".

The core of the problem here is't that it's Difficult.
The issue is up until this point in the game everything is a little 'casual' (hard finding a word here.. not quite easy.. not sweaty/hard)
This Mission and LEA gives you Zero indicators they'd be any different than everything else you've done. The difficulty spike is pure vertical and it's a shock to folks that didn't know.

Then there's the Lag.. Pick a good time, big fella's doable when you know the dance.
Have Prime Wars going on in Peak hours... Forget it.

Fighting over who can and cannot do the last 2 missions is pointless, It's a spin of the roulette wheel and only for the well geared.. The game explains nothing, it guides you to it then drops you in it, That's not great i think we can all agree.. That's not great.

No this boss isn’t hard at all. He’s boring for sure but he literally has two elite adds and you run back and forth wtf.

the boss is not too hard, if anything the game was way to easy up until this point. it let you progress without ever thinking about your gear and/or build and never forced you to learn the games mechanics. it should have stopped you from progressing way before that boss.

Hi, there Ive beaten this boss with 250 Ping in Beta. If you are still struggling, I have done 3 min guide to beat the boss solo, without Gold Armour or Tungsten Ammo. 100% doable as I've also done it in CBT with 250 ping to NA Server :)
