How to connect water pipes to bathtubs upstairs?

connect to water pump in ground. Connect the water pump to the smaller pump connected to a wall that you find in functional. connected the pipe from that smaller pump to your tub. You have to have electricity running on both pumps otherwise it won't pump.

pipes in this game behave like gravity.
if you want your source to go uphill you need to pump it via the small wall pump w/ both connected to the power grid.
