Purification

Hi guys. here some issues with purification. After complete, there no rewards to claim. it is a bug?

It might be just under your purification structure. Try going into build mode and move it to check. There should be a line into the sky where the Starchrom is.

mmm... my purification structure at first floor. I know that rewards after purification complete is in that structure. but it is empty. You think rewards drops into texture, under my house?)

Yes, my last run I had to move it to get to my Starchrom.

Each and every time now i have to move the purifier away in order to grab the reward.

It would be so much simpler to get the reward from the purifier menu instead of making it spawn into the world for no reason whatsoever...or even just add it to the player inventory.

Yes, my last run I had to move it to get to my Starchrom.

mine was floating in the sky. so high I couldn't get to it. I took a picture and sent it to their support. Nothing was remedied, nor do I expect it to. That's 40 level 3 cortex down the drain. hooray.

You sure? If it was so high why not build a staircase?

i went in build mod, and flew up to see it, then got a warning I reached the top of the games height limit. It was way way way way higher than the game would let me build.

Try to destroy the purification structure and see if its dropping.

I watched a Youtuber who had this very thing happen to him. He moved his purifier and it was underneath it.

One Youtuber put his paper person deviants in the same room with his purifier and his paper deviants cleaned them up and had them. Brilliant!!! I plan to do that when I spend more time building my base properly.

You may be seeing the visual pointer. There is a wavy line that extends into the sky with a "bubble" at the top indicating where the Starchrom is at the bottom of the line.
