No rewards - Base Defense

So I just helped someone do a Base Defense. We completed it successfully but I got no rewards from it.

If it's purification, they pretty sure it says only hive members get a reward. I guess it's to make sure only close friends get extra starchrom and not entire servers jumpin around defending bases for unlimited amounts of it

had same issue, did not got rewarded and even lost all the cortex's in the proccess on top of all that my cap, that counted its now 40/40.
seriously and they want to reset every 6 weeks, when they can't get the basic to work 100%, i hate to be the negative nancy but they are going to be correct when they say on reset the game dies.
i had so many issues, i'm already wanting to stop playing. i even had a simple hard boss its weakpoint did not wanted to be a weakpoint sort of speak, i wasted so many bullets and even eventually said ehnuff, i'm just wasting mats to do so little damage, i had top tier weapons btw. like i said so many issues. and i really want to like this game but its making it hard for me to like.

Same here, lost 38 T3 cortex, no rewards, not on the ground, not in the machine and it didn't count for the 38/40 progression, still at 0...
My friend got the rewards. But it was on my base with my cortex.

T3 cortex are so long to farm, i'm digusted and you have to give your phone number to discord to have access to their bug report, i don't want to give my phone number.

for the 2 comments above, do you guys know that if the monsters reduce the stardust collector durability to 0, it's then considered that you have failed the defense and you will lost all rewards and the cortex, just to make sure

I had the opposite problem. I did 3 purifications without any mobs spawning and got full rewards. I moved my base for the third time before doing another purification and finally got mobs to spawn but they attacked my house instead of the defense base where the purifier was located.

yes, but i completed it, but no reward was given OR that i could see, maybe it was under the map that i do not know. so i thought maybe its in the vauilt but noap again. ohwell bugs right.

they did that to me, they kept attacking the house instead the tower where the collector was located in.

Today after I moved my base the same happened to me. No mobs spawned but I got reward after searching. Was under my resonater but it was a slope so after I moved it its ok.

Yes i know, or my friend wouldn't get the rewards.
I tried it again after the patch, another 37 T3 cortex lost... with only one for the test it worked, then with 37 nothing, i've killed everything, 0 damage to the purificator, so sad that they don't have a good customer service to give me back my cortex.

And it didn't count for the weekly cap, still at 3/40

[EDIT] they were under the purificator, you just have to move it, but the stupid thing is with the first test with only 1 cortex, the reward was inside the UI of the purificator, and with 37 it spawned inside the purificator... and no clue to see that.

So try to move it away, it could help.

After base defence, try to destroy the machine, then you can pick the starchom hiding in the center of the machine
