Rubber really?

Which crazy developer had the idea to make “rubber” such an important item that you can't even repair your equipment in the endgame if you don't run through the old areas every day? The rubber costs would have to be reduced by at least a factor of 10, as it is the case with endgame crystals, of which you always have enough. So if you don't want to roam through the already explored areas every day, but want to focus on the endgame, you are locked out after a while because you can't repair because of missing materials. What kind of sick nonsense is that?

jokes aside from people saying you played it to much, what are you talking about i'm swimming in rubber.
ofc i don't passive farm any material, maybe that's why i have so much of all, i daily runaround killing stuff with my OP frozen Pike fish, i have tons of mats, the only mats i have not a reserve for is the stardust source, because i use that for basically upgrading stuff and even stuff i should not use it for like bullets. but other then that, i don't have any material shortage.

yeap looks about the same on my end, i don't understand why he has a rubber shortage.
but i know the type, i have a friend who only plays when i play and he never want to do "farm" runs, constantly nags me for mats because he's short on well all mostly, and then quits because i won't farm for him. (not saying the OP is the same but sure as hell could be)

For rubber you could do what I did and look at vending machines, tho it is kinda like the luck of the draw since some times machines might not have power to them so you can't buy anything they're selling.

I looked at them on the map, tho they will not 100% show you what is there unless you go there in person, since you get an image showing like "Tools, food and etc" so you might not be able to find what you're looking for.

I managed to get lucky looking on the map in world 5 for a machine that had 1k rubber someone was selling for 1 EL each and then another server for the same as well, I also found other good deals on things but some times traveling is annoying when machines are filled with junk and or have 0 power.

I think I just sold about 3-5k of every material I had stockpiled, including rubber, for Energy Links. Pretty sure I still have 5k left. Not sure what the OP's problem is. I don't farm rubber. I just play the game.

I was wondering why all of a sudden offers were popping up for rubber and me with over 15k saved, I thought it was a resource for some ♥♥♥♥ op -_-, what's really missing in the game are the controllers.

you can do the walking house once a week for 9 controllers i believe, not a huge amount but it is some!

I have enough materials, but not as many as i want because i do other activities that burn mats like crazy rather than just building, but I am not going to brag about them to feel better than someone who doesn't have them.

Once Human is a Survival MMO. Survival games and MMOs are two of the game genres that are least known for respecting people's time. If you have a busy personal life, then this game probably isn't for you. Not all of us are lucky enough to have that, so please just let us have this. There are other games.
