troubles moving house

I built on eterna land because i read online that building there you can move your house anywhere given that you have appropriate materials. I have materials but can not build it. I also do not know how to remove my current house to build a brand new one?

To move your whole house in the normal play zones, find a free space, press "B" then press "Z" and you can relocate your entire house.

I'm yet to figure out how to relocate an Eternaland house wholesale. I can only demolish and start again which is a bit of a pain in the behind since I put a whole house down from the blueprint but it's on a weird angle so I just want to pick up the house and rotate it about 40degrees lol.
