After completing Securement Silo Alpha, T-Man told me that he was giving me a sheriff's hat, where is it?

wait sec.. so i sort of skipped a lot of his early texts but i was thinking he work like a "phone" and you just talk with those "quest givers" with hes help... but instead you talk with souls he colected as payment, that just are trapped inside of him? ummm, he is prime target for a "bounty hunt" then

about sherriff/cowboy hat
there is one easy to get : colect mitsuko marks (mostly for phase goals rewards), purchase "mitsuko crate" hoping for cosmetics (shop is on season goals page) - you get a LOT of "cosmetic mark" and hardly any cosmetics :p Then go to store, other, and for marks you can purchase a "Cowboy hat" (240 cosmetic marks)

Then there is also a new cowboy hat with "snake eyes" (cos i guess, its a Year of a Snake), you can get it for free as daily reward on February 12
btw you can start colecting those daily reward starting from now (29.01) in Shop >Events > Spring festival event, scroll to bottom of page to "daily gifts", and claim them

Yeah i had my suspicions from the get go... Tv as a head?? Hummm...

But when you get the mission of the boy who had died i think it was 8 years ago and lost his entire family... and you speak to him it kinda gave the game away for me...

As for the sheriffs hat... The sheriff gets cut off just before he tells you too, then t-man tells you about the hat he "left for us" and everyone spends their time thinking about this hat...

Well cept me lol tbh i've been waiting for a fight with him but it never came :(

The dialog is actually pretty cool and creepy, i think its very well done :)

Defo worth the few min of cut scene on the next play through. There are lots of bits in the dialog that give it away in each silo :)

I got NO hat either, or any other mentionables from T-Man. Ah, that said though, there IS a cowboy hat with a sherriff's star on the front crown of it (seen twice on other players). Where'd they get it? Idk...just sayin' that such a bitmap does exist...

Check in esthetics. Press "K" for to see your equipment, above you have all sections, blueprints, mods... on the right is Esthetics, go there and click the HAT section, you should have unlocked the sheriff hat. I have it.

Its in the shop for cosmic tokens, its called the "Exotic Island Celebrity hat"...

But its not the sheriffs hat...

The sheriffs hat is a lie to confuse you so you don't ask t-man questions about... Where these people are and how they talk to you from beyond the grave lol

No, I don't think so.
There is a dialogue where he says that he knew MC before MC lost memory and MC was a bounty hunter (alright ,that can be unrealiable narration, just like with other meta we get).

Yes, I think, he's a Deviant. I suspect a Great One as well. But with odd set of rules.

If y'all guys missed it, he explains that he acts on behalf of victims of crime. I.e. his clients were already dead. He mentions Seth's scales. That's a thing from Egypt mythlogy, a way how God of Death decides who's guilty and who is not. By weighing ther souls. An interesting thought, in T-Man's case, he may be comparing souls themselves, therefore he needs target be dead. But no, he asays that decision was made_before_ he calls hunter to help.

His cliants are able to move on after getting closure. His targets are who get devourde ofr worse. So we have a literal angel of death roleplaying sheriff here.

There is a free hat cosmetic (or was it a novice reward).
ll these additional rewards can be found on their own. E.g. whimsical drink recipe is from brewery
They probably should've been visible after quest was completed bt they decided otherwise
