Memetic Specializations and season reset

3 questions:
Will the Specializations reset to nothing at the start of the season?
Will the Specialization cleaners carry over to new season?
Should I reset now or start a new character now, maybe have my main guy support my new guy if possible? I would ofcorce check rules and see if this is allowed before I do it.

I hit level 50 PVE Solo, did my 3 easy and 3 hard prime wars, and I am not happy with my Specializations. I was bran new to the game and didn't know at lever 5 what I would need at 50. Some choices were from a guide, some where by be picking between 2 that I thought were going to bed good and some I was picking the least bad out of 4 with the knowledge I had at that level....

Stone Structures-Intense defense
Electric Drill - Treasure hunter

1 spec to reset:
Portable Diving Gear - yea I thought this is like Rust where they had sunken shipwrecks already(or maybe there is haven't checked), butye don't see much use yet unless you're PvPing and you're a water frog.

Everything else seems fine, but do remember that the new skills in the respec is random so pray to rngesus you get something good.
