DPS Loss after latest Patch

Before the patch on 27/07 I was doing 70k DPS with full buff on the dummy, but now after trying Treant solo, i couldn't even finish because of how low my damage was. So i went to a test dummy to check my dps, and it didn't even cross 40K with full buff. Something must have broken or been heavily nerfed because I did not change a thing with my build.

Current build with mods is:
SOCR shrapnel - Shrapnel Souvinir
Recurve Crossbow - Vulnerability Amplifier
4pcs Lonewolf set - Shrapnel Carnage, Crit Amplifier, Deadshot, Crit DMG enhancement
1 bastille Boots - Covered Advance
Beret - Fateful Strike
Deviant: Lonewolf's Whisper

I think it because people are crying games to EZ so instead of fixing the AI they just nerfed us to make the AI harder but not better...sucks

It's already bad enough that i have to live with the build I chose even if I dislike it, but now im just useless after all the time spent grinding for good mods to make up for lack of damage
