Game Won't launch!

I'm having serious issues starting "Once Human" and I hope someone can help me. Here is a detailed description of the problems I'm experiencing:

Detailed description:
The game does not start correctly. Ever since the game came out, I've been trying to install and play along with my friends, but after downloading it from Steam and clicking "START," the game doesn't start. It remains open as a program but is only visible in the task manager. If I try to terminate it directly on Steam, the game stays in shutdown mode and won't let me close it. If I try to close it from the task manager, I get a permission denied warning.

What I tried:

* Formatting the PC.
* Always keeping the video card and OS updated.
* Always keeping drivers up to date.
* Starting both Steam and the game with admin privileges.
* Checking for hardware problems (none found).
* Adding the game to antivirus exclusions.
* Increasing the paging file.
* Disabling all third-party peripherals and programs.
* Out of 32GB of RAM in my PC, more than 20GB are free.

My system:

* CPU: AMD 7800x3D
* GPU: 7900 XT XFX
* RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE 32GB 6000MHz
* SSD M2: Fanxiang 1TB Gen4
* Motherboard: B650 AORUS ELITE AX V2
