Can't Change Language from Chinese to English

Hey everyone,
I'm having trouble changing the language of "Once Human" from Chinese to English. Even after setting the language to English in the game's properties on Steam, it still launches in Chinese.
I checked the game files on my D drive, and in the file properties, it says the language is set to Chinese. Does anyone know how to solve this problem and change the file properties language to English?
PLZ NEED SAME HELP
