is Dr. Teddy pet exclusive to PVP servers? P.S: no, can confirm i got one on PVE server !
because Atomic Lighter i got from PVE server

We tried so many times for teddy on pve server. no luck

Looks like there's confirmation on reddit that Dr Teddy was obtained on PvE servers.

20 runs, on pve server... i have one. mine was then in the boss box as loot together with the cat

PvE server player. I have one as well! Dont remember how I got but I do have him. Also gotten like 10 things of lighters
