Level Cap

Are they going to rise the level cap as it does not make sense to make enemies 10+ or 17+ levels above normal level cap just for endgame i mean i have no problems with it at the moment but it would be easier for other players as most not used to hardcore or pro mode

Level just controls some health and damage modifiers. See those enemies as being higher level as ones who just have a buff to health and defense to make those areas more difficult or costly without needing to code a secondary system that does the same thing.
