lost 10k worth of Stardust

So i just tried to Purify 10k Worth of Stardust a friend helped me and once we finished there was nothing no Stardust, we kinda work hard for it so we can get a armor set is there anyone can help with this issue

The stardust seems to spawn above the resonator, on roofs etc. Check your floors / buildings above it for the drop. For me it ended up on the top of a roof of my highest tower...
Best way is to enter flight mode and just look from the top.
Also you can only purify a maximum of 4000 per week, so not sure where you're getting 10k from ...

Yah Maybe should have looked but it doesnt have a limit on how many you can put in, and if thats the case where is the other 6k?

Yah 10k had to many and didnt have space so i just put them in there

It literally warns you that you are overdoing it and you won't get the excess rewards.

So the other 6k never existed.

It does spawn behind/under the purifier. The „balloon“ in the air is just an indicator. It has a line that goes down to where the actual loot is.

the first response here was basically saying to check in your foundation pieces, territory vault. I feel like it would disappear off the ground fairly quickly. Submit a support ticket.

It doesn't have a limit because nothing is tied to "you" other than your weekly cap.

You could do your 4k, then your friend only gets online a few days later, and do his at your base because it's better setup. We do that all the time. Also, using some after weekly cap is great to test a new base's defense.

You screwed up, but you really didn't lose much. Cortexes drop everywhere and it's really not hard to get 40 across all of your friends, team up, pool em and do one drop of 40 Level 3's for everyone once a week. So don't stress about it too much.

Now if you actually waste the starchrom itself, that's a different story. That's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unreversible part.

I know it may sound weird, but have you or your friend actually checked the machine and interacted with it?
The reward can be pretty much anywhere in your building area, generally above the resonator however.

I purified 40/40 tier 3 last night - succeeded - and, the starchrom spawned inside the purification device as reward (not dropped outside any more, since after the recent patch).
