Cuz you can't play without them.
You should stop to talk about things you have no knowledge about.
Admin Permission is needed in a lot of games because it's the permission required for two very important things:
- 1. GAME DATAS: It prevents tampering with game data and at the same time gives access to files to verify the integrity and change the directory in case of update.
- 2. ANTICHEAT: Most of the online games right now use anticheats that require Admin Permissions, and some of them also require Kernel level or ROOT permission .
The simple reason you don't see that for every game is because if you already run Steam on Admin Permission like most of the users do, all the game inherit the permission automatically from Steam, unless you change the default settings.Every single game require Admin Privilege at least one, otherwise how do you expect them to install files on your PC and manage them?
Additionally, Admin Permission is not really the highest power something can have on your PC and NO, ADMIN PERMISSION CANNOT DO EVERYTHING.
First of all there are ranks WAY WAY higher than Admin Permission.
Moreover, the OS has has numerous built-in safeguards, and your hardware also has others.
