Gear preset

Helm slot is not changing but the mods on the helm does. Anyone encountered this? Like I have preset 1 as Beret on helm and preset 2 as Bastille helm but when I switch back to preset 1, the Bastille helmet is still there but the mods change.

If anyone knows where to submit bug reports, kindly leave a link or point me where to submit it. Thanks !

Yes currently having the same issue myself. I have tried building and equipping 2 new helmets but my character is still showing the cap you get at the beginning of the game. Frustrating.

I figure the problem but its weird. If your 1st set and 2nd set have unique effect, when you switch to your second set, the equipment preset cannot equip your second set's unique effect equipment but the weird part is, you can freely swap to your 1st setup even though your second set has a unique effect equipment. What I do is I just remove the unique effect equipment from my 1st set before swapping to the second set. Don't even know where to submit this bug since CS report bug ingame is not replying and discord mods said that that is the only way we can submit tickets.

It is, worse part is, while you're unequipping something and you press H immediately, the screen will lose the UI and no matter what you press, it won't do anything and you need to login.

Hit i on the keyboard and then go into the cosmetics tab in the far right. Under “helmets” check to see if you have that hat equipped. If so I equip it. I had the same problem and that fixed it.

bro its work, thx.. so we have to unequip the cap first in cosmetic? T_T
