I am assuming you meant Blueprint Fragments. They can be used to level up blueprints of the same type.

Example: Blueprints of a Wanderer type can be used to level up any other Wanderer Blueprint you have.

calibration BP you don't need can be broken down for upgrade matirials for mods and such.
