is there a specific seasonal goal?
I have been completing tons of goals and they are all locked and they give pretty much 0 info about them.

i guess it only unlocks after the first season is over.

It unlocks in phase 4 and is part of the three star reward for completing the phase's season goals. If your server is not yet in phase 4: you can go to the season goals page and check by clicking on the small button which looks like a red present box. You have to claim it BEFORE the season ends!
