sketch of an inspection point - cant interact with the one on top of the trcuk?
anyone else have trouble where no matter how they look at it they cant interact with the thing on top of the truck to get one of the chips?

Yup, having the same issue here. Cannot interact with it, even though my wife was able to. Cannot complete the quest. Have been able to get 2/4 including the teddy bear from the other sites, but no matter how many times I come back to this truck, cannot interact.

I had the same issue. I went and cleared the POI it is connected to, then jumped off the roof of the building back down to the truck, and it was there waiting for me.
