Losing interest fast in this game.

put in 134.5 hrs in release so far. almost don't care about week 4. time gated content BLOWS. completed the tasks in weeks 1 and 2.. but week 3 are too annoying to finish. cringe at week 4 tasks. And I really cannot see me giving 2 ♥♥♥♥♥ after wipe.. no way in hell will I do it all over again.. Path of exile is different with new mechanics each season (and not as short time wise as this game). Stop'd path of exile cause the same old map and quests after 10+ play thrus just got too boring. Cannot speak for everyone, but I do indeed see a huge drop in player count after first season.. I'll ride out this season and see what it looks like after wipe but atm it does NOT look promising. Games like Elder Scrollls online, Eve Online, World of Warcraft all have persistance in common and have been going on for many years.
this game it's just too repetitive and linear.. absolutely no reason to explore after you've completed all the quests.. farming and base building is janky and it's too hard / annoyingly hard to upgrade tiers on armor/weapons. had so much potential but I just dont' see this being a long term game at all. my 0.02's..

I would advise making sure your Steam reviews reflect your current opinions of the game. Perception of their product seems to matter to them - the squeaky wheel gets the grease and all that. The developers are absolutely paying attention to the Steam reviews - so much so that they recently posted a message on their official Discord server begging players to help boost them out of the "Mixed" category they were stuck in for weeks.

If it was the seasonal wipes that soured the game for you, the lack of difficulty in the game you found unappealing, performance issues, long outstanding bugs that haven't been addressed since beta, or whatever it may be.. make a point of mentioning that in your review.

The developers seem to be responding to at least some of the complaints, and drawing attention to what specifically led to your departure may at least prompt additional responses from them. Or, best case scenario, it results in changes that improves the game and makes it appealing to you once again.

This past month they have been increasingly signaling their awareness of the community's dislike for the seasonal mechanic, to the extent that they're considering changing directions on this. Don't just toss away your opportunity to voice your opinion. Take a minute to speak out and let them hear your feedback, and your reviews on the Steam store page are a great way to do that.

yap i feel the same af 200h done it. all done just not much to do in this game so sad when u have nothing to do in game and your just playing for the next week to end and kill time butt not giving us much to do on next phase is going to be the death of this game so sad ;(

The game has 3 (tree, III) zones. MMO btw. Phase 3 is same bosses and silos but harder. Only they are not harder than the first time I did it because now I have much better weapons with better mods. Also upgraded. Its stale. How can you have this small map and open only half of it per season. The numbers will fall drastically before the end of the season

Im sorry there are people that have played a free game for more than 100 hours and are complaining when the games only been out a few weeks is insane to me. You decided to no life it and breeze through the content which is more than most full priced games offer. Give me a damn break. Im on 100 plus hours myself and have done everything until p4 and im just gonna play and watch other things then come back cos the game is great imo.

Do you have all of the accessories from puzzle points? Morphic crates? Got your gear T5 and +10 Calibration? Got your gear modded with legendary mods enhanced to max? Did you collect all of the Deviants?
There's a ton to do in this game. I've been no-lifing it for 2 weeks and I still don't have everything done.

Yeah there is 0 chance I play this game anymore with full content wipes every 6 weeks thats WAY too fast. Wipes in general are ass. Whats the point? I made my character and like my character.... why are you deleting them? Total immersion killer.

You lose interest cause you rushing, and you know the story continues every week.
It's the same all the time, "I lose interest after 200 hours".
+100 hours cause I have 3 weeks holiday And i only play this game, I build my house, play with others person, many quest still waiting me, some objectives event I need to do.

And this is not a BDO or Elder scrolls with big lore and enormous number of quest you still cannot finish after few years, this game have a good content, but not like these 2 games. So take your time and don't rush

agreed 100%'d everything in the game atm I only log in to bp farm every 4 ish hours for like 10 minutes for the metal shelf bp but I think wipes gonna kill the game and their content pace sucks

My answer, ye I agree my server is complete dead, the most rare thing in the game is to find another player ^^

And I hate that I did spend money on it early on to get the season pass because I thought well why not. But now plus the money I did spend together with mates to get the glass video territory ♥♥♥♥ sucks aswell.

as a coop survival game sure, you can have some fun with it. But damn it lacks in the mmo lite department.

Very funny how people still don't understand, that there is nothing to do at the end of the game, the answers always stay the same. (You played too fast, don't you have any life?) It doesn't matter. Everyone will reach the same barrier where you enjoy the game and there is NOTHING THERE. Damn, people want to judge how others play instead of hearing about what's in store for them, which should hit them in the ass at stage 4.

Have you even researched what is going to be wiped and what is carried over? It seems you haven't.

The mentality doesn't change whether they reach the same "barrier" or not. When you have to put 100+ hours to reach said barrier in a F2P game that just released, then the only logical answer is to have patience and wait for more content. It's purely emotional and even irrational to complain about a lack of content this early on. Maybe a few months down the line when absolutely nothing has changed, sure, but we're not there yet.
