Is crude oil can only be found on red sands and black heart, if so is there anyway for me to get oil on chalk peak or broken delta or dayton wetlands?

dude it is faster to run workshops and have so much preium fuel you dont even need to refine it

like most things in this game you can get 1000s in 30 mins doing ♥♥♥♥ ya self or 100 if ya lucky useing farming methods at ya base over 24hrs

crude was so low value at refining i destroyed my refiner and moved on
